Ben Dailey serves as the Lead Pastor of Awaken Church, a multi-location church in the DFW Metroplex committed to awakening hearts to the beauty of the gospel. Known for his creative communication style and non-conventional approach to ministry, Ben leads one of the most culturally diverse congregations in the nation.

At the core of his ministry is a simple conviction: when people see Jesus clearly, everything changes. Ben's relatable voice, gospel-centered teaching, and genuine love for people create an environment where lives are transformed from the inside out.

Ben is the author of Collide, Limitless, Captured by Grace, and Enough, books that reflect his passion for helping people break free from fear, performance, and religious striving so they can fully experience the life God intended. He has also served as a church planter and ministry consultant, encouraging leaders to build grace-filled, life-giving churches.

Ben leads Gospel Circle of Churches & Ministries (GCCM), a growing relational network designed to connect pastors, churches, and leaders around the message of the gospel. He also oversees Gospel Institute, a New Covenant (online) learning environment equipping believers to understand and share the gospel with clarity and confidence.

Ben and his wife, Kim, have been married for thirty-two years. Together they are building a generational legacy rooted in grace. They have four children—Kyla + Marcy and Kade + Jada—all of whom joyfully serve at Awaken Church. He's also G-Pop to his only grandchild, Juniper Grace, who runs her grandparents with one giggle and zero effort.
